Hep B is a virus that effects the liver. I'm looking at giving Sarah Milk Thistle. I've read stories of kids sub converting from a Heb B+ status to a - status just by taking Milk Thistle. Here is a Dr that talks about how important our liver really is. It would be wise for all of us to take good care of our liver.
