Disrupted from The Congo

Ian is age 5 ½ and was adopted from Congo. His adoption is being disrupted because he is aggressive towards his adopted brother (he is not aggressive towards anyone else). He is healthy and smart but will need a good family with either no kids or much older kids. He will probably need counseling too. But he came out of the poorest country in the world, and it takes a great deal of love to help some of these kids to get past the feeling of worthlessness they feel.
