This little 9 year old girl needs a family now. Her file is about to be returned to China. Who knows if she will ever get another chance to be adopted. Her special need is Hep B. This is very easy to manage, I know because it's my Sarah's special need too. We are not allowed to adopt from China again because of the Hague rules (we got our Sarah pre Hague).
