brown teeth

Today we went to the dentist. Sarah has awful teeth. She has really big holes in 5 teeth. One tooth is too far gone to fill. The other 4 teeth will be filled over the course of 2 weeks. Sarah has brown teeth. It's really ugly. I found out today that her brown teeth most likely came from her birth mom. She either got exposed to Amoxicillin and this caused Sarah's brown teeth, or her birth mother had a very serious vitamin deficiency. One day we can have something cosmetic done to cover those stained brown teeth. They are healthy. Her baby teeth are awful, but her grown-up teeth are healthy. She brushes. But now I know her mom took antibiotics, or had a strong vitamin deficiency. It’s just a clue about her birth mom. Most likely she was poor.
