If you are looking into adopting a waiting child, look at Zoë on Rainbow kids. She is 2 years old. She had heart surgery at the age of 4 months. It sounds like she is now healthy with normal development. She is listed with THIS agency. What a cute girl! I would take her in a New York second but I can not adopt from China any more because we live in Germany. My loss could be your gain.
