We only have one grape vine, but it gave us enough grapes to cover half my table. We made 3 liters of juice last night. Today we will make another 12 liters of juice (I'm guessing). I don't have any canning equipment. I think I will freeze the juice in ice cube trays. I can make a really good fruit punch with it this winter. I will probably also make grape jelly. The kids are very excited about the harvest. Soon my figs will be ripe and we will make jam. We live in a small row house. Our yard is small too. It is fun to be able to grow anything at all.
